Warriors Roll on Senior Night, Defeat Independence 41-14

Fairview celebrated Senior Night in style Friday evening, powering past Independence 41-14 behind a dominant offensive performance and a strong defensive effort. The Warriors piled up 444 yards of total offense, including 300 through the air and 144 on the ground, improving to 6 and 2 on the season.

Quarterback Burke Lowry led the way, completing 12 of 15 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns while also adding a rushing score. Will Allen contributed both through the air and on the receiving end, throwing a touchdown pass and catching four passes for 105 yards and a score.

On the ground, LaMarcus Clark rushed 13 times for 74 yards and a touchdown, while Lowry added 23 yards and his rushing touchdown. Through the air, Cal Reis hauled in two passes for 60 yards and a touchdown, Savijan Harris caught two for 44 yards and a score, and Rayden Fraser added two receptions for 18 yards and a touchdown.

Defensively, Danny O’Neil anchored the unit with seven tackles and two tackles for loss, while Vinny Rizzo and Clark added five and four tackles respectively. The Warriors defense limited Independence to just 242 total yards on the night.
