Hughes Nets Hat Trick as Warriors Blank Perry

The Fairview boys soccer team cruised to a 6-0 victory over Perry on Saturday afternoon, improving to 8-4-3 on the season. Freshman Aiden Hughes led the way with his first career hat trick, scoring all three of his goals in the first half to set the tone early.

Kyle Farkas added a pair of goals, one in each half, while Logan Melda capped the scoring for the Scarlet and Gray with a late strike.

Goalkeeper Isaac Lundenberger continued his strong play in net, earning his second consecutive clean sheet and sixth shutout of the season as the Warriors defense held firm throughout.
