Fairview earns seven All-CVC selections in championship season

The Fairview Warriors boys soccer team capped off an impressive season with seven players earning All-Chagrin Valley Conference honors. The Warriors claimed the Metro Division championship and finished the regular season with a 10-4-3 record, continuing the program’s tradition of excellence.

Junior midfielder Kyle Farkas, junior defender Owen Willis, and junior midfielder Logan Melda were each named to the All-CVC First Team. Farkas provided consistency and creativity in the middle of the field, while Willis anchored the defense with poise and physical play. Melda was a key spark for the Warriors’ attack, using his control and vision to set up scoring chances.

Senior forward Chris Dicken and junior goalkeeper Isaac Lundenberger were selected to the All-CVC Second Team. Dicken brought leadership and scoring ability to the front line, while Lundenberger’s steady presence in goal helped secure multiple shutouts throughout the season.

Sophomore defender Luke Moravcik and freshman midfielder Aiden Hughes earned All-CVC Honorable Mention recognition. Both players made valuable contributions and represent the promising young core that will carry the Warriors forward.

With seven all-conference selections and a Metro Division championship, Fairview’s 2025 season showcased the program’s depth, effort, and balance.
